Content protection
The pages of this website are protected by copyright. Some of the photographs were produced by the site publisher. Other photographs come from the personal collections of Sussex agents, or from sources for which the publisher has obtained the necessary rights, as is the case for any other photographs that may appear on these pages. Certain photographs whose origin is unknown—or uncertain—are marked D.R. (“all rights reserved”).
All photographs carry the logo Sussex 1944 – Copyright D.S. (Dominique Soulier). The logo may appear in white or black depending on the background of the photo or document.
At the bottom of pages containing photographs or documents bearing either of these marks, a “Photographic credit” section lists the authors or the source of the relevant documents.
Texts are written by the site publisher with strict respect for historical truth and within the limits of the publisher’s knowledge. However, certain testimonies for which permission has been obtained have been reproduced exactly as written in the original. These reflect only the views of their authors and are inherently constrained by individual and collective memory. Some sections are inspired by books whose historical interpretations remain the responsibility of their respective authors.
This website was created to introduce the general public to the Sussex Plan and to those who took part in it. It is produced on a voluntary basis and without profit. Its sole aim is to restore to this operation the place it deserves.
Any total or partial reproduction is prohibited. The use of any document, page, photograph, or link is subject to the written permission of the site publisher. If permission is granted, the document(s), page(s), photograph(s), and link(s) used must clearly cite the source with a link to the following address:

Printing pages is nevertheless permitted, exclusively for personal or educational use (schools).
Persons mentioned on the website may request removal of references to them by contacting the site publisher.
